Customer Discount Scheme
Our loyalty scheme gives qualifying customers a 10% discount on purchases made through our main website. You may already be receiving the discount. Read on to find out.
How do I qualify?
In order to qualify all you need to do is spend a total of £185 (excluding postage costs) or more via our main website in one calendar year. Once qualified you will automatically receive a 10% discount on future web orders for the rest of that calendar year and the whole of the next.
Is my discount extended if I qualify again?
Yes! If you already have a discount, you can extend it by making another qualifying purchase/s. Remember your 10% discount applies for the rest of the year you qualify and the whole of the next year.
Have I already qualified for a discount?
If your qualifying purchase/s was made in 2009 your discount will last until the end of 2010. You can check your discount level by logging on to your account at login.php
Terms and conditions:
- Discounts cannot be applied to sale items, to sleeping bags purchased via our "Design Your Own Sleeping Bag" service, or to clothing purchased through our "Design Your Own Clothing" service.
- Purchases made through our "Design Your Own Sleeping Bag" service or clothing purchased through our "Design Your Own Clothing" service do not count towards the qualifying balance.
- Only orders made via our main website count towards the qualifying balance.
- Customers who have qualified for a discount are only able to redeem that discount by purchasing items through our main website. The discount cannot be applied to orders made over the telephone, payment by cheque or any other means.
- The discount does not apply to Postage Charges.
