Our products are only available direct from us.
Web orders
All our products can be purchased securely by credit or debit card through this website. We use a fully secure ordering process using high strength 128bit SSL encryption. At no point during the transaction do any of your card details get passed unencrypted over the Internet.
Other ways to pay
We also accept payment by cheque and bank transfer, and we take credit card orders by telephone. Please contact us if you would prefer to pay this way.
Privacy
Personal data (name and contact details) will be used only for the purposes of posting your order, contacting you if there is a query with your order, or sending an occasional newsletter from ourselves. Details will not be used for any other purpose, nor passed on to any third parties.
VAT (sales tax)
The prices shown on this website include VAT at 20%. VAT is payable if you are ordering for delivery in the UK or EU. If you are ordering for delivery outside the EU, VAT does not apply and 20% will be deducted from the prices shown at time of order.
How to order using our website
- Add any products you would like to buy to the shopping basket.
- Click the 'checkout' button.
- If you are a new customer, click the 'continue' button, then enter your name and address in the form provided.
- If you already have an account, simply log in.
- Now you can return to the shopping basket and complete the checkout procedure. Or should you decide not to buy straight away, the contents of your shopping basket will be remembered the next time you log in.

Import duty
Import duty Duties, local taxes and handling charges may apply in countries outside UK: with the exception of the USA (see below) these are not included in the PHD price and are strictly the responsibility of the customer.
Shipments to the USA
To improve our delivery service to customers in the USA we ship all goods using a premium rate courier that provides an online tracking service. Additionally, to speed up clearance through customs we, as the sender, settle duties, taxes, and handling charges. The fees for this are itemised on the PHD website as the order is placed.
Currencies
Prices shown in US dollars, Euros, and other currencies are for guidance only. We charge in pounds sterling (the final total is shown on the checkout page hosted by our secure payment provider, SECPay). You should check with your local bank for the exchange rate they use and any other charges they make for credit card transactions in pounds sterling.
