Description:

Available until 21 April.

These down-filled mitts with fleecy linings are superb mountaineering items for very cold conditions. They work equally well as mitts, or overmitts over a pair of light silk or thin wool gloves. A firm favourite used for everything from Scottish winter mountaineering to 6000m Himalayan Peaks.

28% less than normal pricing.

Dispatch time: As with all PHD products, these are made to order and by hand. We estimate it will take us around 4 to 6 weeks to make and dispatch sale orders. During busy periods it may take a little longer.

Tough waterproof Tempest outer fabric (weight: 160 gsm)

A technically advanced waterproof breathable material. 100% Nylon. Good abrasion and tear resistance, yet offering high flexibility for such a tough material.

"Within seconds of putting them on their warmth abated the cold aches and a smile returned to my face. With their flexibility I was still able to use my camera to capture the moments. An absolute must for any High Altitude Mountain."
Adele Pennington climbing Kilimanjaro.

"I was skiing in Canada in February (temperatures down to -30°C). These were the very best pair of mittens. They kept my hands really warm and they take up next to no space in your bag/back. I got them in the sale. Absolute bargain!"
Utah Sanddiver

"Brought mine to Sarek, north of the arctic circle in March last year. We had temperatures down to -25°C and these mitts were almost too warm. Superb piece of kit!"—
