Tent peak is a superb addition to trekking in the Annapurna Sanctory. Bagging the summit opens up a superb 360-degree view of magnificent 8000m peaks and the famous fishtail mountain Machhapuchhre.

As an additional excursion to a trekking route the gear selected should be both lightweight and low bulk in the rucksack as well as provide the extra warmth required. The traditional trekking seasons are either side of the monsoons, so, March/April and October/November.
