Midwinter Wafer Down Vest (sale)

This limited-edition Wafer Ultima Down Vest is £124 less than our standard Wafer Ultima K down vest. Although a little heavier (by just 85g) it boasts a water-resistant Ultrashell fabric outer, proofing the vest to a higher degree. Added function comes from the full-length zip, and easy access chest pocket.

It's designed with an eye towards mountain racers, ultralight trekkers, bike-packers, multistage ultra runners, lightweight backpackers and wilderness trampers – but well suited to anybody who wishes to move fast and light.
Incredibly, it weighs less than a base layer and packs down into a teeny stuff sac. The long body length and higher collar work to cut cold air ingress making for even warmer performance. And that’s really not bad, when you consider the 200g weight!

This astonishing zero degree down top uses our water-resistant Ultrashell fabric to provide total windblock and help keep out the damp and drizzle. The rare 950 fill-power down ensures extremely weight-efficient insulation. This is a top to wear though, not just to weigh: added function comes from the full-length zip, the easy access chest pocket, hand warmer pockets, and the optional down filled hood.

Note: The optional hood needs to be ordered at the same time as the jacket.
