Description:

A double layer of Primaloft Gold® results in an insulated gauntlet mitt specifically suited to cold Arctic temperatures with a risk of damp. These long-length gauntlet mitts are fully insulated all the way to the elbow to give maximum warmth in rough conditions.

Durable outer fabric, pre-bent grip, webbing wrist adjustment and cord lock closure add up to superb performance.

The wrist attachments - idiot loops - provide a flexible, light, and detachable system to reduce the chance of the mitts disappearing with the wind.

Primaloft Gold®

Primaloft Gold® is the ideal microfibre insulation. Ultrafine fibres produce an insulating core that is incredibly soft, lightweight and water resistant. In our experience it absorbs water much more slowly than other waddings, a marked advantage in wet-cold conditions.

The nearest of the synthetics to the feel of down, yet tougher than you would expect. Primaloft Gold® offers the best warmth/weight performance in the Primaloft range

Tough waterproof Tempest outer fabric (weight: 160 gsm)

A technically advanced waterproof breathable material. 100% Nylon. Good abrasion and tear resistance, yet offering high flexibility for such a tough material.

"I'm from Iqaluit, Nunavut, in the Canadian Arctic. My husband and I are running a company for outfitting, mostly dog sledding. My husband is in love with your Polar Mitts. When the dogs are running on the icy ocean, he just put them on the top of everything and they keep him warm."
