Peter Hutchinson Designs (PHD) is committed to the safety and well-being of our staff and customers. We are continuing to make everything to order for our customers and are working to government guidelines within our workshops. • Can I still order online?
  • Yes, our online shop is working as normal, and we continue to be able to make anything that is available to order on our website.
• Have the lead times and delivery times changed?
  • No. All orders are being completed in the usual time-frame and without delay.
• I’m ordering from outside the UK, are international orders still being shipped as normal?
  • Yes, we are making and shipping orders to all international clients in the usual way. See our postage and delivery details.
• Can I still return items?
